The Cloud Group is a business holding company focused on global digital transformation.

EVOLUTION OF OUR BRAND

Our first brand, The Cloud Work LTD. Company incorporated in the Anglo-Saxon country by its initials Limited, a very incipient stage in which we only did ERPs for micro companies and websites for the self-employed. The next step was to adapt our logo to our growth, whichWe wanted to impregnate in our logo everything that differentiated us, the tree of life symbolizing evolution and the passage of time, offices defining our ideal client, companies; and finally a thinking mind, explaining our main work at that time, software engineering. Finally, an atom that united everything, within our cloud, by cloud computing. Once the holding company was created and already with several companies, our logo could not include everything we did in logo, and this business evolution was also noticeable in our image. We eliminate the texts, the content within the logo and gain breadth, seriousness and elegance. We had taken a step, and it was a graphic achievement to settle in countries such as the United Arab Emirates, Mexico and other markets. The current logo of the holding company, without gradients, complications and much simpler. With our corporate color the #ECB000, chosen by ANDxpedio (Procure), Comes (Companion) and Bracchium (Arm) in Latin, symbolizing that we will be a friendly arm for problems. Below you can discover step by step how we have been growing, advancing and overcoming the problems, which we think are the ones that seal the success of everything.

1. THE BEGINNINGS (2013)

The Cloud Group's history dates back to 2013 when our CEO, Gonzalo Pinto Rojano, decides to apply his knowledge in Software Engineering and Computer Engineering to help companies. First, he did it as a worker in a municipal collection service company and then with his clients and contacts. Without great ambitions, Gonzalo's main objective was to help freelancers and small companies in his area, but the destination had other plans for him and he soon had to create a brand to consolidate his growth. It is here when our first name is born, The Cloud Work Technologies Ltd, fiscally created in England.

2. RECOGNITION IN MADRID (2014)

From the experience acquired developing tax and collection software, as well as the design of web pages for companies, The Cloud Work had the possibility of positioning itself in the market as a software company, specialized in custom CRM and ERPs. Additionally, since Gonzalo Pinto always liked design, creating web pages became, along with custom software development, the mainstay of the company. The Cloud Work is positioned as a company of professional websites and custom software in 2015 for the Community of Madrid with a portfolio of 80 active clients. Find out how Gonzalo thought openly, for better and for worse, in the video below.

3. LANDING IN CUBA (2015)

Since 2015 The Cloud Work has not stopped experiencing organic growth due to the broad need of the national market. At the end of 2016 we already had 3 workers in Spain for software development, web pages and SEO positioning. That year, due to customer demand, we began to provide digital marketing services, gradually specializing in that market, being able to provide a 360º solution to companies, software, marketing and web design.

Innovation comes hand in hand with the disappearance of borders, and Gonzalo always knew that the plan for The Cloud Work was the international market as a software and digital marketing company.

The Cloud Work continues to grow and takes a position at the forefront of digital transformation in Central America with its new home in Havana, Cuba. With this movement, we try to position ourselves at the forefront of innovation in countries with less development than Europe, and successfully, from Havana we serve several countries in the American continent.

The Cloud Group's entry into the drone sector caused a blurring of focus.

4. GROWTH AND BLUR (2016)

Constantly innovating, The Cloud Work never stops seeking a comprehensive solution for its clients through a single provider. In mid-2016, we fully entered the drone sector, working with Spanish Television (TVE) and Antena 3, as well as Telecinco. We believed we could handle anything and that we would succeed in every sector, and we began to lose focus. We discovered that the drone sector for audiovisual production was booming, and soon there were thousands of companies consisting of a pilot and a drone, leaving us behind due to cost and infrastructure limitations. That's why we decided to combine what we did well and what we loved: drone software, surveillance, and security. We fully entered the sector in countries like Mexico and the Dominican Republic, setting aside the Spanish market for the time being.

5. APPROACH AND STRATEGY (2016)

After the reality shock that meant losing focus and being on the verge of dying of success, due to investing time in the wrong, we adjusted all the resources and needs of the company to be the best in software, digital marketing and communication, closing a fairly wide circle for our clients. We make up a series of processes and strategies within the company to grow in a solid and consolidated way, focused on what we know how to do best. Since then, all strategies have gone in the direction of improving the provision of these services.

This year as defined by our founder, was the most critical of the company, having to debug a wide set of internal and external problems that had been caused by the blur itself. Bad investments had been made and we had acquired unnecessary infrastructure, staff were hired quickly and unstructured to grow without control in a sector such as audiovisual that was totally unknown to us.

All these elements, among others, have been problems that we have overcome with great effort and dedication that have undoubtedly prepared us for the success and work we have today. We think that one is worth as the problems that overcome, and we in this phase had many.

6. MIDDLE EAST (2017)

Helping companies around the world remains the primary focus of The Cloud Work. Having the experience of opening the office in Cuba, we realized that there were other areas of the globe that also needed technology and the next step was to go to the Middle East. With an office in Dubai, in the city of the internet, by the end of 2017 we began to carry out work for large Spanish companies that worked there. From the United Arab Emirates we begin to provide support in a wider schedule and to countries that we would never have imagined before.

It is in this year when having already passed all the debugging tasks of the previous year, that we begin to really see the light; the business prospers at high speed, in a very structured way and adding value to the market. The opening of this office ushered in a new era at The Cloud Group with a growing international client base, draft projects and a large, almost completely renovated team that truly understood WHY we existed. From this wonderful location we were able to obtain projects throughout the Persian Gulf and get closer and closer to hitherto unknown countries such as Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, India and Oman among others.

7. CREATION OF THE HOLDING (2017)

Over the years, the different lines of business grew, on the one hand the software company, on the other hand the digital marketing company and finally the web design and development company. Additionally, on the other hand, the business consulting that allowed us to project and structure the processes of digital transformation also grew, we began to sell at no cost for our journey, applying in other businesses what we had achieved in our own.

With this reality and the offices in Dubai and Havana, the time has come to grow at the brand and administrative infrastructure level, and that's when The Cloud Group was born UNTIL THEN THE CLOUD WORK TECHNOLOGIES, an international service holding company with different companies that make it up with the same objective and a totally renewed face. 8. WE ARRIVED IN MEXICO (2018)

In March 2018, due to the growth and consolidation of The Cloud Group in the international market, the European Union elects us as representatives of Spain to attend the Tianguis Turístico de Mazatlán, México. In this event The Cloud Group had the opportunity to invest in companies, find new business partners and by chance, a new home, Tlaxcala de Xicohtencl, capital of the smallest state in the country, Tlaxcala. In this city we established our third international office, expanding our human capital, which by that date was distributed in Spain, Mexico, Cuba and the United Arab Emirates.

With the passage of time in the Mexican market we realized how complicated it is to undertake tequila and chile in the Republic. Getting a diversified client portfolio throughout different states such as CDMX, Querétaro, Puebla, Sinaloa, Jalisco and of course Tlaxcala.

This knowledge acquired through investing in personnel, marketing and business alliances allowed us to learn about what it means to do softlanding in a structured and planned way, allowing us to contribute this value to all our businesses, clients and partners.

9. CONSOLIDATION IN THE CARIBBEAN (2018)

By August 2018, with the offices of Cuba, Mexico, the United Arab Emirates and Spain functioning, Gonzalo Pinto Rojano, is preparing to make a route through the offices in the Caribbean. This route, which a priori was to last 12 days, was extended for personal reasons until October 2 and after being until 21 in Spain, our CEO makes the decision to settle in Cuba to live to develop the business in the Caribbean in a more solid and consolidated way. After 8 months living in Havana and consolidating the growth of the holding in the Caribbean, expanding our human capital and client portfolio, our CEO returns to the headquarters of the Holding, Spain, with an improved and expanded vision of the reality of the world.

10. HELLO INDIA, HELLO QUALITY (2019)

During the 8 months that our founder Gonzalo Pinto was living in Havana, the expansion towards Asia was forging along with our structure with quality systems based on ISO 9001, increasingly robust procedures and processes, a consolidated management system and an experienced team, already with even senior profiles.

With the constant growth of projects in the Persian Gulf, on time jobs in China and Eastern Europe we had to continue growing in personnel and especially in innovation, both internal and productive. By the third quarter of 2019 we had opened an office and created a team of 5 people in North India, Uttar Pradesh. This team, currently around 12 people, focused mainly on supporting the client portfolio and SEO positioning work for clients from all over the world.

During the last quarter of 2019, the focus was on consolidating the work team and adapting the staff of the new office to our processes and procedures. At the same time, the offices in Mexico, Cuba, Spain and Dubai were running normally; We had managed to centralize the business model operating in several countries with different cultures, different hours and, above all, different levels of digitization, so our procedures were the protagonists.

11. COVID AND THE NEW REALITY (2020)

With a record 2019 for The Cloud Group, 2020 presented very promising. We had a defined personnel growth plan, an increase in sales of a minimum of 20% and the opening of an office in two new countries. The first quarter contained as we expected, new clients, new projects and even more growth. We had our suitcases ready for a trip to India to forge strategic alliances, to China to capture talent in the universities and endless more plans, but COVID appeared.

Unfortunately, unlike what happened with many companies around the world, The Cloud Group has been made stronger by COVID, we have exceeded forecasts and we have grown by 34% so far this year, when the expected one was 20% annual. We have expanded our network of partners, clients and we have grown in personnel and quality.

We have taken advantage of the slowdown in the world to put ourselves ahead in technology, R&D and many other tools that due to the global maelstrom we could not do; When the world stopped, at The Cloud Group we accelerate as much as possible.

As expected, we launched several campaigns to support SMEs, with price reductions of up to 70%, thus boosting the local economy of the countries where we operate.

12. GOODBYE COVID, HELLO REMOTE WORK (2020)

After consolidating our presence in LATAM and the return to Madrid of our founder Gonzalo Pinto, we were focused on continuing to grow as a team, business verticals and consolidating our global client portfolio.

During our beginnings in Móstoles, we opted for face-to-face work to build our brand; however, when we expanded into Latin America and India, we had to strive to create "online" and "remote" work processes to be able to control the quality of remote work.

When the pandemic hit, we were already very well prepared for quality online work, so taking advantage of the fact that the business sector had accepted teleworking, we focused on selling throughout Spain without the fear of being considered "small" for not having an office in every corner of the country.

This led to even stronger growth in our home country, more sales, a larger team, more repeat business, and therefore, more investment in the group to grow. We worked very hard on our SEO, brand positioning, and public relations.

Remote work was here to stay, so we began divesting from physical infrastructure, providing the team with geographic mobility, remote work options, and optimized time management. It was a win-win situation: we already had the processes, and now we also had the benefits.

13. THE SCAM AND ENTRY INTO AFRICA (2021)

In September 2021, through a client from Equatorial Guinea, who is now our regional director and head of The Cloud Group's Palo Rojo branch in Equatorial Guinea, we opened up the market in the only Spanish-speaking African country to work with the government on the implementation of the SISCOVA vaccination card, thus launching unprecedented projects in Africa to date.

In 2021, after receiving dividends and generating profits, the parent company decided to make several investments in finance, real estate, and other areas. Unfortunately, the first of these resulted in a fraud of over €320,000, perpetrated personally by our CEO. This ordeal, marked by both hardship and resilience, led to the creation of Skywealth, a financial subsidiary focused on developing financial software for the holding company.

As of today, 2026, the people involved in the scam have been arrested, Skywealth operates internationally with success, and our Equatorial Guinea subsidiary, Palo Rojo, continues its expansion through government and local projects.

Overcoming the scam revolutionized our way of thinking, and the Malabo office opened Africa up to us.

14. NATIONAL EXPANSION (2021)

In November 2021 we decided to open a new stage for The Cloud Group by landing in Marbella and betting on the south of Spain as one of the strategic points from which to continue growing.

The decision wasn't solely based on quality of life. Málaga and the Costa del Sol were rapidly evolving into an increasingly technological, international, and business-oriented ecosystem, attracting new companies, investment, and talent from around the world. Furthermore, its natural connections to Europe, Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East perfectly aligned with the group's ongoing expansion.

After years of working with teams distributed across Spain, Latin America, and India, we had demonstrated that our capabilities didn't depend on having an office in every city. This allowed us to establish a presence in Marbella while maintaining a flexible structure, combining remote work, local presence, and international teams.

From here we began to increase our commercial activity in Andalusia, strengthen relationships with international entrepreneurs and companies, and participate more and more in the technological ecosystem of Malaga.

Marbella ended up becoming much more than just a new location. It was a place from which we could attract talent, generate business, be internationally connected, and continue building a global company from southern Spain.

A new stage was beginning for The Cloud Group.

13. SERBIA THRACIAN CAPITAL (2022)

After consolidating our new phase in Marbella, 2022 unexpectedly took us to Serbia. The initial reason was personal: we helped some of our family leave Cuba, and during that process, we ended up spending some time there. But, as has so often happened in our history, a decision that began outside of business ended up opening a new entrepreneurial chapter.

Serbia allowed us to stop, observe, and begin experimenting with an idea that had been on our minds for some time: to stop building solely for third parties and start creating our own vehicles and products around technology, investment, and finance. From that stage, [the company/product] was born. Thracian Capital, as a structure linked to what would later evolve into SkyWealth and our Fintech line.

We still didn't have a perfectly defined idea of what it was going to be. There were trials, changes of direction, and decisions that we would probably make differently today. But that's precisely where its value lay.

For the first time, we began combining our software development experience with a broader vision of investment, financial automation, and creating our own product. Serbia wasn't just a place where we spent a few months.

It was the precursor to SkyWealth. A strange, improvised, and poorly planned chapter that ended up pushing The Cloud Group towards one of its most experimental verticals.

14. SKYWEALTH · GROWING ALSO MEANS KNOWING HOW TO FOCUS (2023)

During 2023, everything we had begun to experience around Thracian Capital evolved into SkyWealth, a much more ambitious bet within the financial sector.

The project forced us to play in a different league.

We started working with a different type of client, with much higher expectations, more demanding processes, and a level of compliance, security, and traceability far superior to what we had faced until then. That made us better.

It forced us to professionalize processes, raise technical standards, and better understand what it means to build technology in sectors where mistakes are much more costly. But it also taught us something else.

SkyWealth began demanding increasing attention, capital, and energy. The Cloud Group continued to operate in parallel and grow independently, but maintaining two lines with such high ambitions led to dispersion and a risk of losing focus.

Furthermore, we discovered that we had built too much before sufficiently validating the product. We decided to change course.

SkyWealth stopped solely pursuing the SaaS model and evolved into our Fintech lab, focused on financial automation, data and applied artificial intelligence.

It wasn't simply a product change. It was a lesson in focus, complexity, and growth.

Sometimes moving forward doesn't mean doing more. It means knowing what deserves continued growth.

15. COLOMBIA · FROM LATAM AS TALENT TO MARKET (2024)

Latin America had been part of The Cloud Group for years. We had worked with professionals, collaborators, and clients from various countries, but Manizales marked a significant shift: we stopped viewing the region solely as a source of talent and began building our own business presence. This decision also reflected the group's growth. Now, we've opened an office in Manizales, from which we serve the entire country and the world.

We had more and more projects, a more distributed team, and clients with different needs. To continue growing, we needed to be closer to the markets where we operated, better understand how local companies bought, and create structures capable of developing business and executing projects from within the region itself.

Manizales became our support point for Colombia and one of our bases for LATAM.

From there we began to strengthen operations, create business relationships and connect local talent with the group's international projects, maintaining the same processes and standards that we had developed over years working remotely.

It was also an important test for our model.

We could combine management, sales, engineering, and operations across different countries without turning The Cloud Group into a collection of small, independent companies.

Manizales confirmed that our expansion didn't have to consist simply of opening offices.

It had to consist of building local capacity connected to a global organization. That was the moment when LATAM stopped being an extension of our operations and began to become a real part of The Cloud Group.

16. HONG KONG · THE CLOUD GROUP STARTS TO BECOME A GROUP (2025)

2025 was the year in which many of the pieces we had been building for years began to fit together.

SkyWealth had evolved; Colombia was beginning to consolidate our presence in Latin America, and our projects were becoming increasingly international. We needed the company's structure to evolve at the same pace as the business.

In May we formalized our presence in Hong Kong.

What had initially been born around our Fintech activity quickly began to take on a different meaning. Hong Kong could become the point from which to connect the different operations, projects, and markets of The Cloud Group.

During that year, we worked on increasingly global initiatives, connecting teams, clients, and partners across Europe, Latin America, Africa, and Asia. Projects like ASIMOV reinforced this new reality: we were no longer simply selling services from Spain to other countries.

We were operating internationally.

We also began to design a structure where each market could fulfill a different function: technological capacity, regional operations, business development or corporate structure, while maintaining a common direction.

It was a year of much learning about governance, international operations, and growth.

The Cloud Group had been international for years.

In 2025 we began to build it so that it would truly function as a global group.

17. THE YEAR EVERYTHING ACCELERATED (2026)

2026 is probably the most intense year in our history.

In February we took another leap forward with our launch in the United States through Washington, working on projects with organizations that operate in one of the world's most demanding technology markets.

At the same time, The Cloud Group continued to grow in Europe, Latin America, Africa, and Asia. We opened new conversations, new projects, and new lines of business, while increasing the size of our team and further professionalizing our way of working.

But the most important change happened at home.

We created TCG South Europe, reorganizing our Spanish presence within a much more mature international structure, and we returned to Madrid with a new headquarters in Goya Street.

Returning to Madrid had a special meaning. We had started there more than a decade earlier as a small technology company. Now we were returning with international operations, distributed teams, a presence on several continents, and a completely different ambition.

During the same year we strengthened our activity in Africa, made progress in the United States, consolidated our international model and continued to evolve TCG-SAF as the basis of our way of building software.

And there was still one more step. Florida was beginning to appear on the map. 2026 isn't just another year of growth. It's the year that many of the decisions made over the past decade are finally starting to come together.

The Cloud Group wasn't preparing to go global anymore. It already was.
