Questo confronto \u00e8 ingenuo. Una volta considerati i costi delle licenze moltiplicati per il numero di utenti effettivi, il consulente certificato necessario per la configurazione, le integrazioni, i componenti aggiuntivi e le migrazioni ogni volta che il SaaS modifica i suoi prezzi, i costi diventano ancora pi\u00f9 significativi.<br>E il costo derivante dall&#039;impossibilit\u00e0 di fare ci\u00f2 di cui la tua azienda ha bisogno incide sul bilancio.<br>Un confronto onesto si basa su tre dimensioni: costi finanziari a 5 anni, rischio operativo e propriet\u00e0 del codice. Il costo fisso di un progetto personalizzato non \u00e8 ammortizzabile.<\/li><li>Processi aziendali standard secondo la norma 100%. Se vendi qualcosa per cui non c&#039;\u00e8 alcun vantaggio nel fare le cose in modo diverso, il SaaS standard va piuttosto bene.<\/li><li>Integrazione con un ecosistema Salesforce esistente. Se tutte le tue filiali utilizzano Salesforce e tu sei solo una di queste, l&#039;integrazione costa meno di<br \/>Pausa. La regola generale \u00e8: se meno di 30% delle operazioni critiche risiede nel sistema, optate per il SaaS. Se \u00e8 superiore a 70%, scegliete un software personalizzato. Le variazioni di prezzo sono comuni (Salesforce ha aumentato i prezzi tra 81 e 151 volte all&#039;anno in diverse occasioni). Anche le interruzioni di prodotto sono frequenti (HubSpot ha interrotto<br \/>piani utilizzati dai clienti). Blocco dei dati: uscire da un grande SaaS con una storia di cinque anni costa tra i 6 e i 18 mesi di tempo di progetto.<\/p><p>Il software personalizzato comporta un rischio diverso: dipende dal fornitore che lo ha sviluppato. Per mitigare questo rischio \u00e8 necessario fornire al cliente il codice sorgente e la documentazione.<br \/>Propriet\u00e0 intellettuale tracciabile e di propriet\u00e0 del cliente fin dal primo giorno, e un team interno (per quanto piccolo) in grado di gestirla o di cambiare fornitore senza dover ricominciare da zero. Il codice \u00e8 vostro, i dati sono vostri, le decisioni sono vostre.<br \/>\u00c8 tuo. Nel SaaS, noleggi. Un giorno Salesforce potrebbe aumentare il prezzo, cambiare i termini o essere acquisita da uno dei tuoi concorrenti. \u00c8 legittimo, e sono affari loro.<br \/>affari, ma modifica il tuo rischio.<br \/>Per le aziende che considerano il loro software un vantaggio competitivo (la maggior parte delle aziende oggi), la propriet\u00e0 \u00e8 importante. Costruisci qualcosa che \u00e8 tuo, cio\u00e8<br \/>Migliora ogni mese e i tuoi concorrenti non possono comprarlo.
