Automations accumulate so easily that they become invisible. Each one solved a specific problem at the time, none were fully documented, and after two years a medium-sized company can have dozens of active workflows that no one has reviewed, that sometimes overlap, and on which processes depend that no one has mapped.<\/span><\/p>

It's not a problem of outdated technology or poor management. It's the natural result of solving problems quickly for too long.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  2. <\/b>Identify those that perform irreversible actions.<\/b> Payments, customer communications, status changes. These are usually few.<\/span><\/li>
  3. <\/b>Check those first.<\/b> Permits, owner, fault alert, minimum documentation.<\/span><\/li>
  4. <\/b>Leave the rest for a second pass.<\/b> With a date, not with an intention.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>
