Cada vez es m\u00e1s com\u00fan encontrar asistentes virtuales, agentes conversacionales, chatbots inteligentes y sistemas capaces de responder consultas, generar propuestas comerciales, resolver incidencias e incluso cerrar ventas sin intervenci\u00f3n humana.<\/p><p data-start=\"1063\" data-end=\"1275\">Para muchas organizaciones, estos sistemas representan una oportunidad extraordinaria para reducir costos operativos, mejorar los tiempos de respuesta y ofrecer atenci\u00f3n disponible las veinticuatro horas del d\u00eda.<\/p><p data-start=\"1277\" data-end=\"1356\">Sin embargo, existe una realidad que muchas empresas descubren demasiado tarde.<\/p><p data-start=\"1358\" data-end=\"1415\">Los clientes no distinguen entre un chatbot y la empresa.<\/p><p data-start=\"1417\" data-end=\"1616\">Cuando un sistema de Inteligencia Artificial responde de forma incorrecta, entrega informaci\u00f3n falsa, interpreta mal una solicitud o genera una experiencia negativa, el usuario no culpa al algoritmo.<\/p><p data-start=\"1618\" data-end=\"1635\">Die Marke ist schuld.<\/p><p data-start=\"1637\" data-end=\"1994\">En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os han aparecido m\u00faltiples casos donde asistentes inteligentes han provocado p\u00e9rdidas econ\u00f3micas, problemas legales y crisis reputacionales por respuestas equivocadas, informaci\u00f3n inventada o decisiones automatizadas mal dise\u00f1adas. de los comportamientos m\u00e1s complejos de los modelos de lenguaje modernos es su capacidad para responder con aparente autoridad incluso cuando la informaci\u00f3n es incorrecta.<\/p><p data-start=\"3693\" data-end=\"3875\">Este fen\u00f3meno, conocido como <em data-start=\"3722\" data-end=\"3737\">hallucination<\/em>, ocurre cuando un modelo genera contenido falso, inventa datos o interpreta incorrectamente el contexto sin advertir que est\u00e1 equivocado.<\/p><p data-start=\"3877\" data-end=\"4055\">A diferencia de un sistema tradicional que suele mostrar un mensaje de error cuando no encuentra informaci\u00f3n, un modelo generativo muchas veces intenta responder de todas formas.<\/p><p data-start=\"4057\" data-end=\"4123\">Desde la perspectiva del usuario, la respuesta parece profesional.<\/p><p data-start=\"4125\" data-end=\"4147\">Tiene buena redacci\u00f3n.<\/p><p data-start=\"4149\" data-end=\"4166\">Tiene estructura.<\/p><p data-start=\"4168\" entorno empresarial esto representa un riesgo enorme.<\/p><p data-start=\"4307\" data-end=\"4468\">Una respuesta equivocada sobre garant\u00edas, contratos, regulaciones, productos o pol\u00edticas embargo, los problemas que m\u00e1s afectan la reputaci\u00f3n suelen tener otro origen.<\/p><p data-start=\"4898\" data-end=\"4944\">Una IA puede prometer descuentos inexistentes.<\/p><p data-start=\"4946\" data-end=\"5004\">Puede interpretar incorrectamente condiciones comerciales.<\/p><p data-start=\"5006\" data-end=\"5073\">Puede generar respuestas contradictorias entre diferentes
